Skopelos is the second largest island in the Sporades complex after Skyros but definitely is the most green one!

What to do
Skopelos is covered mainly in forests and has plenty of exciting hiking trails to explore the inner island.
Try to take the road and meet many interesting spots in the way like monasteries, small villages, and more.
Among the most fascinating attractions of the island are the Venetian Castle, the Rock of Kastri, and Panormos, a natural port between pines and rocks, the perfect anchorage for sailing yachts. Try to explore the caves there with a SUP or choose a scuba diving course from professionals and discover the secrets of the island.
You can visit Skopelos preferably by the sea so choose a nice yacht departing from Volos or Halkidiki and sail there!
What to taste
When there, don’t forget to taste the traditional cheese pie called “Strifti”, an ideal choice for breakfast along with a cup of Greek coffee.
Also in most of the small fishermen villages like Agnontas make sure you taste fresh fish and cold white wine in a tavern next to the sea.
