Private day cruises
Twelve private cruises from three marinas in Halkidiki, from a three-hour sunset sail to a full day at sea. The boat and the skipper are yours alone, so the day bends to what your group feels like: more swimming, a longer sail, or a slow lunch at a seaside taverna.
How to choose a cruise
Start with the marina closest to where you are staying. Chrouso pier in Paliouri is at the southern tip of Kassandra. Porto Carras, next to Neos Marmaras, is on the west coast of Sithonia. Marina Latoura, in Ormos Panagias on the east coast, is the one for the Blue Lagoon.
Then pick the length. A sunset cruise lasts three hours: an evening swim while the light goes down. A half day of five hours leaves time for two swim stops. A full day of seven hours reaches coves further away and leaves room for lunch ashore.
Last, the boat. The sailing yachts take up to eleven guests. The catamaran at Porto Carras takes up to twelve and has more room on deck, including the nets at the bow, which suits a bigger group.
