Our role and the providers

The Greek Outdoor LLC acts as an intermediary. It presents and sells the experiences on this website, takes your booking and remains your point of contact before and during your trip.

Each trip is carried out by a licensed Greek provider, chosen for each booking according to availability. The provider has the boat and its crew, including the professional skipper, and is responsible for carrying out the trip.

Using this website

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date: routes, durations, what is included and prices. Photos illustrate the experiences, and conditions on the day may differ. If we find a mistake, we correct it as soon as we can.

Bookings and prices

Bookings are made through the Kleesto booking calendar on each trip's page. Your booking is confirmed when you receive the booking confirmation. The booking conditions shown during booking, including those on changes and cancellations, form part of your agreement with us.

Prices marked "from" are starting prices for the whole boat and depend on the date. The price you pay is the one shown in the booking calendar for your date. Each trip's page lists what is included and what is not.

Weather and cancellations

The provider's skipper decides whether it is safe to sail. When the weather or the sea make a trip unsafe, the provider may change the route, shorten the trip or cancel it, and we let you know as soon as we can.

With Weather Cancellation Cover (day cruises)

When you book a day cruise, you can add the optional Weather Cancellation Cover. If your cruise is cancelled because of the weather, the cover gives you a full refund.

Without the cover

If a strong storm makes the trip unsafe and it is cancelled for safety reasons, you can choose between a full refund and a new date for your trip.

On board

• Every trip is private and has a professional skipper from the provider, who is responsible for the safety of the boat and everyone on board.
• Please arrive fifteen minutes before departure for the safety briefing, and follow the skipper's instructions throughout the trip.
• The number of guests may not exceed the maximum shown for the trip.
