This hands-on experience will immerse you in both the creativity and science of composing a blend. When finished, you will have a custom blended bottle of wine with your own name tag to take home.

You will have the chance to visit the winery premises, learn its history while tasting four different wine varieties accompanied by a cheese plate. An expert oenologist will then guide you through the blending process.
You will have the chance to learn about the characteristics of each wine and why certain varieties harmonise better than others. Explore their unique aromas and flavors before choosing the varieties you wish to blend.
Add, taste and finalize your own blend by using the same instruments the winemaker uses.
Select a name for your blend and use the old traditional labeling tool.
Cork your bottle and carefully drip a wax coating on the top and seal it. You can now enjoy your own individually blended wine at home!
Last but not least enjoy a traditional light Greek lunch that includes: Traditional Greek Spinach pie, Seasonal Salad paired with your favorite wine, Coffee and Must Cookies.
